Payment and Refund Policy

Payments CluePup accepts payment through PayPal. The price and currency appear before you approve payment. PayPal processes the transaction; CluePup does not store your card details. Single adventure A single payment unlocks the purchased adventure after PayPal confirms payment. You can edit it and download its PDF again unless the payment is refunded or reversed. Guest customers should keep their private access link. Pro monthly Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. PayPal charges the amount shown when you subscribe until you cancel. To stop future renewal, open Profile and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel through PayPal before the next billing date. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Pro-only downloads and play access stop after that period; saved drafts and individually purchased adventures remain. Cancellation does not automatically refund an existing payment. Refund requests If you have a payment problem, an incorrect charge, or cannot access what you purchased, contact us through the Contact page with your order reference and a description. Do not send passwords or card details. We will review your request and explain the available resolution, including any refund where appropriate. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Your legal rights Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. The operator should complete its business identity, contact details, refund criteria and applicable legal requirements before publishing this policy.
